How to remove and reinstall the door glass and window regulator assembly on Mazda 323?

Take out the door trim panel and watershield. The second step is to remove the door glass, and be careful to remove the roll-up window and the quarter window on the rear door. The position of the manual or power window regulator assembly should also be marked or measured to be able to properly reinstall it. In the case of power windows, the power window electrical connector should be disconnected. Unscrew the regulator to the window and remove it using the access hole in the door frame. In the event of necessity, take off the door glass run channel. Apply multi-purpose grease on the rollers of the regulator during installation, which is the opposite of removal. Once installed, open and close the window five to ten times to check the right functioning and adjustment and then change the watershield.
