Flashing of turn signals and hazard flashers is done by the turn signal/hazard flasher which is a small canister type in shape found on the driver side of the fuse box under the dashboard. It is fitted on a bracket with the Horn relay, TNS relay, Headlight relay and Wiper relay in older models, but in the more recent models, it is located behind the lower dashboard panel under the steering wheel and has to be removed by removing the left side panel, the lower panel screws, and a push fastener.
