  • Q: How to remove and install brake light switches on Mazda GLC?
    A:
    The switch is removed by removing the electrical connector and loosening the locknut and adjusting nut and removing the switch out of the mounting bracket above the brake pedal. To install, fit the switch again to the mounting bracket and screw it to the attaching nuts. Turn the brake light switch until it fits the pedal and then do 1/2 more turn but before screwing the locknut. Lastly, attach the electrical cables and ensure that the switch works.
