    Q: How to change a headlight bulb and properly aim the headlights on Mazda Millenia?
    A:
    One would replace a headlight bulb by removing the bulb cover, unscrewing the bulb retaining clasp to remove the bulb out of the lens, and then disconnecting the wire harness connector of the bulb. The halogen headlight uses pressurized gas; this is dangerous and thus caution is required in case the gas leaks out and breaks the light. The first step is to remove the negative battery cable followed by turning the plastic that is around the ring or cover at the rear of the headlight lens assembly by sliding backwards or popping off. When required, loosen the bulb clasp and take the bulb out of the housing, and unplug it in the electrical connector. To install, connect the electrical connector to the bulb by not touching the glass and then insert the bulb in the assembly, attach the retaining clasp (where needed), and tighten the collar or cover firmly then reconnect the negative battery cable. Adequate headlights positioning is essential to safe road illumination and the positioning should be altered as per the state and local needs. The headlights should have the headlights of a reputable repair shop directed at least once a year or after a front-end job. A wall can be temporarily adjusted so that the lights are not glaring the oncoming cars or shine through the passenger compartments of other cars in front. Horizontal and vertical aiming is supplied by two adjusting screws on most vehicles and composite assemblies of headlights might have no adjustment requirements. To point the headlights, you park the car on a flat ground in front of a wall, fill the fuel tank approximately half full, and get rid of any additional luggage. Wait until dark or dusk, in case indoors, and then switch on the Headlights and work the wall at the middle of each beam of light of the low beam, then the high beam. Where one side is not functioning, mark the beams with a similar vehicle. Once the required repairing is done, align the beams to the marks on the wall and get the adjustment done by a repair shop within the shortest period of time possible.
