  • Q: How to remove the control arm for 2WD on 1996 Mazda MPV?
    A: Loosen lug nuts, raise front and support vehicle on jack stands with parking brake set and rear wheels blocked. Remove wheel, disconnect stabilizer bar ends, remove compression rod, detach balljoint stud (cotter pin and nut), remove pivot bolt and inner nut, inspect bushings, reinstall in reverse and check alignment.
