How to disconnect and remove the air filter box and fresh air inlet duct on 2008 Mazda Tribute?

Take off the negative battery terminal. In previous models, it is necessary to disconnect the MAF connector, strip air intake hose clamps, or remove the accelerator cable or crankcase vent hose. Unclog the duct, take out the air filter box, check and change grommets in case of necessity. Install/reinstall battery; relearn PCM.
