How to remove and install a tie rod end on 2008 Mazda Tribute?

To remove the front wheel, loosen lug nuts, set parking brake, raise and support on jackstands, then remove wheel. Remove cotter pin if present, loosen and mark tie-rod end and jam nut, pull free and unscrew tie-rod end, reinstall to marks, secure nuts, refit wheel, lower vehicle, check alignment.
