How to remove and install the front crankshaft seal on 2010 Mazda 3?

Take off the crankshaft pulley, and very carefully pry off the seal without breaking the timing chain cover or the crankshaft. Otherwise, pierce holes and extract the seal by use of screws. Wipe the surfaces, fit the new seal and make sure that it is even and square. The seal lip should be covered with engine oil and then the pulley may be reinstalled.
