How to remove and install the valve cover on 2010 Mazda 3?

In order to take off the valve cover, disconnect the negative battery cable, take off the engine cover, ignition coils and electrical connectors, unbolt and take off the cover with its gasket. After reconnecting the battery, install a new gasket, apply RTV sealant, reinstall the cover, screw bolts as per specifications, and test to see if it is leaking.
