The removal of the
Rocker Arm assembly would begin with the removal of the rocker arm assembly then the cylinder head. Then compress the valve springs using a compressor and take out the valve keepers. Once the compressor is released, remove the seat, and springs and remove the valve stem oil seal with pliers. Take out the valves and store them in a numbered rack or a piece of cardboard to be able to install them back correctly. To install, slide the new valve stem oil seals in place in the guides, and fit them with a fit socket and hammer to snugly fit. Apply clean engine oil to the first valve stem and slide it into a guide that is its original, and do the same to the other ones. Lastly, fit the valve springs and seats, where a valve spring compressor is used to fix the keepers, and the cylinder head and rocker arm assembly is then re-fitted.
