Check the teeth of the sprockets, the chain, the timing chain tensioner, the chain guides and check the chain plates and rollers as well as wear and tear, replacing worn out parts. Install the chain guides to the engine block and screw the bolts and pour molybased grease to the guides contacts of the chains. Make sure that the number one Piston is at Top Dead Center, place the timing chain sprocket on the crankshaft and ensure that the keyway aligns with the crankshaft key. Make sure that the chain is placed over the crankshaft sprocket making the plated links fit over the mark on the sprocket and then fit the chain over the camshaft sprocket making the plated links go over the mark on the sprocket.
