The oil cooler which is positioned at the bottom of the
Radiator but is independent of the radiator can be removed independently. Start with the removal of the engine under-cover and empty the engine oil. The next step involves removing the two oil hoses at the bottom left corner of the cooler with the help of two wrenches without damaging the cooler. Unscrew the bolts that hold the cooler onto the radiator and there are two bolts on the bracket and lower the cooler straight down the vehicle and out of the bottom. Look at the cooler to find out whether it is damaged, cracked, or leaking a lot, and then repair it, by welding it with aluminum, or changing the whole. Reinsert the cooler and loosely fit it with the brackets to the radiator followed by hooking and fastening the oil hoses. Lastly, screw the bracket bolts, put back the engine under-cover, add oil to the engine, turn on the engine and inspect whether it leaks or not.
