Afterward, remove the finish panel of the instrument panel, unscrew the mounting nut, and disconnect the switch from the instrument panel. Subsequently, detach the wiring connector from the switch. To install, connect the headlamp switch wiring connector, position the switch in the instrument panel and secure it with the mounting nut. To install the headlamp switch knob and shaft assembly, reinstall the instrument panel finish panel and push the shaft into the switch until it locks into place. Reattach the battery ground cable and check for headlight switch operation.
