Lift the back of the car and rest it on the jackstands. It is important to disconnect the Sway Bars to the body by removing the nuts, bolts, retainers, rubber bushings, and spacers on each end of the Sway Bars in the same order as the different parts are keep in mind to remove the link bolt afterwards. The second step is to unscrew the bolts on the Sway Bars brackets to remove the Sway Bars out of the rear axle and remove the Sway Bars. Check all rubber bushings, cracks or deteriorated ones should be replaced, any damaged retainers applied to the link bolts must be replaced, and any bent or damaged retainers. To install, reverse the process of removal, making certain that all the retainers, bushings, and spacers are fitted in the proper sequence, and all the fasteners are firmly tightened.
