Start with evacuating the refrigerant and refilling it through a repair center that is qualified. Then take off the
Radiator grille. In models that are between 1990 and 1994, remove the receiver/drier. Next, pull out the undercover shield under the vehicle and fit a protection piece to the fin like a piece of cardboard between the radiator and the A/C condenser. To make the models of 1990 to 1994, take out the radiator, whereas in the 1999 and subsequent models, the radiator is not required, but the air cleaner box and
Coolant Reservoir is required to be removed, and then you should disconnect the MAF sensor. Disassemble the condenser inlet and outlet fittings, seal the open fittings so that there is no potential contamination or moisture buildup. Next, remove the A/C condenser and examine it for cracks, damages, leakages of refrigerant, bent fins, and any distortion or damages of the inlet and outlet. Service or change the condenser. Removal is reversed then followed by installation making sure that any O-rings you may have are removed and replaced by new ones depending on the type of refrigerant you are using in your system and lubricated with refrigerant oil prior to installation. Lastly, get the same shop that empties that tests the system and seals any gaps that were not previously sealed. Assuming the replacement of the condenser, the shop should pour refrigerant oil in models between 1990 to 1994, and in models between 1995 and 2005 on the high pressure side of the compressor using only compatible refrigerant oil.
