How to remove and replace the air filter on 2008 Mazda Tribute?

In 2012 and below models the air filter is on the left side of the engine compartment. Eliminate it by loosening the clamp and parting the housing. Check and clean or change the filter, as necessary. In the case of 2009 and subsequent V6, do similar. Make sure that there is nothing in the housing and reassemble.
