Move the front seats to the far back, and then take off the cable on the negative battery terminal. Unscrew the pin-type fastener, unscrew the tab attached to the front of the corner sidewall panels and remove the panels. Unscrew the cup holder trim panel mounting clips off of the console, and take your time scraping up the clips with an appropriate trim removal tool as you go around the edges of the trim panel. Raise the panel and off the console. Carry out the following steps with the help of a trim removal tool; pry the shift lever trim panel off of the console. Ease the storage bin out of the console by loosening the screws holding the storage bin to the mounting and lifting the storage bin out of the console followed by disconnection of the electrical connector. Open the center console and take out the mounting bolts which are on the inside as well as the mounting screws on the front part of the console. First, raise the console and unscrew all the electrical connectors and then unscrew the center console. Removal is the opposite of installation.

Finally, remove the center console, with installation being the reverse of removal.
