To dismantle the A/C Condenser system, be sure to discharge it. The second step is to take a negative cable off the battery and, in case, take off a condenser fan(s). Next, remove the electric cooling fans(s) which are found at the front of the A/C Condenser. Once the system has been emptied, remove the refrigerant lines at the front end of the A/C Condenser having in mind the position of one of two condenser mounting bolts. Unscrew the mounting bolts and unscrew the A/C Condenser. To install a new A/C Condenser, pour new refrigerant oil into the A/C Condenser, and then install it. Install the parts that were removed in the order of removal except the rubber pads, which must be placed under the A/C Condenser, and the lines of refrigerant should have new O-rings, which need to be greased with compressor oil beforehand. Lastly, empty the system, refill and leak test in a qualified shop.
