To dismantle the A/C condenser system, be sure to discharge it. The second step is to take a negative cable off the battery and, in case, take off a condenser fan(s). Next, remove the electric cooling fans(s) which are found at the front of the condenser. Once the system has been emptied, remove the refrigerant lines at the front end of the condenser having in mind the position of one of two condenser mounting bolts. Unscrew the mounting bolts and unscrew the condenser. To install a new condenser, pour new refrigerant oil into the condenser, and then install it. Install the parts that were removed in the order of removal except the rubber pads, which must be placed under the condenser, and the lines of refrigerant should have new O-rings, which need to be greased with compressor oil beforehand. Lastly, empty the system, refill and leak test in a qualified shop.
