To take the front wiper blade and arm off pickup and MPV models firstly take the cap off, unscrew the retaining nut and prise the blade and arm off the pivot shaft, which has a serrated edge to adjust the wiper pattern. In order to position the arms again in the correct park position, switch on the wiper and make the motor cycle three or four times before switching off to position the wiper shafts properly. Clean the connector shafts of the wipers arm using wire brush and then put the blade and arm on the shaft and connect them with the retaining nut and caps in the position they are shown. In the Navajo models, you need to lift the blade end of the arm out of the windshield and then move the slide latch away off the pivot shaft to take out the arm and blade assembly with no tools. Installation requires one to insert the main head onto the pivot shaft and make sure that the wipers are stowed, the blade assembly is correctly in place, just push the main arm head to the pivot shaft head and raise the blade end and push the slide latch into the lock before lowering the blade to the windshield. In the case of the rear wiper in MPV, the retaining nut is unscrewed and the blade and arm detached off the pivot shaft, and then the arm returned to the correct park position by cycling the wiper motor. Take the blade and arm and attach it to the shaft with the retaining nut and place them as shown. To apply to Navajo models, clean the car paint with a towel, pull the wiper blade/arm out of the car and put it in the position of service, unscrew the retaining clip at the bottom of the pivot arm using a small flat-bladed pry tool, and pull the wiper arm off of the shaft carefully. Installation: You must make sure that the wiper motor pivot shaft is set in the park position before installing the wiper arm, place the wiper arm over the pivot shaft and push it onto the shaft until it clamps, then lower the wiper blade/arm against the windshield wiper arm stop, and make sure it fits in that position.
